Research into similar products: Trailer music: "Exodus wounds"

Like i said in a previous blog post every trailer of course needs background music that plays in, behind or with the trailer, this can be done to further sell the movie and its plot/characters. So because of this i obviously  will need to include music within my trailer so it would be only natural for me to do some research into various soundtracks and music scores to get inspiration but also to find something that i could possibly use in my own trailer.

This piece of soundtrack that i found i was immediately intrigued into it and inspired by it. I especially liked the start of the soundtrack with it included keys of piano, something that is really simple bt very effective. It creates a really harrowing and sad feel and tone, it really makes you focus on whatever is going on, on screen due to it just immediately grabbing your attention. This piece of music is something that i would choose to place in my trailer either at the start or the end of the trailer and this is because this is normally the moments when the most intense or sad moments to occur to either grab the viewers attention or to leave them wanting more. And this track would be perfect for this due to its feel and beat. It would just instantly make the audience engaged within my trailer but also make any more saddening scenes more impactful.

There is also another piece of music within this soundtrack. This piece of music that i picked out occurs at the stage 1:45, i picked this part out in particular because of its strong impactful moment. I like the buildup to its moment as this piece of music is something that would be perfect to include in a trailer for that big definitive moment that always occurs in the trailer that will make it memorable and when doing something like that for my trailer accompanied by this piece of music i truly believe i could achieve that due to its strong, impactful and emotional style that would just stand out and make it engaging.  I believe by adding this piece of music to a scene within my trailer it would make the scene more raw or even more harrowing and sinister making it more emotional viewing for the audience.
